Terms & Conditions

This website and the Thamar order portal are operated by KMCC Haritha Swanthanam Charitable Society ("the Society"), a charitable society registered in Kerala, India. By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

Payments made through this website are voluntary contributions and/or payments for Thamar (date fruit) boxes ordered under the Society's annual campaign. Proceeds support the Society's charitable activities, principally its free physiotherapy clinic at Vazhakkad.
Product prices are displayed on the order form at the time of ordering. Delivery timelines are communicated during the campaign and are typically before Ramadan.
The Society does not offer or promise any tax benefit (including under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961) in respect of payments made through this website.
Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner; card and banking details are handled by the gateway and never stored by the Society.
For any dispute, the courts at Malappuram, Kerala shall have jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order and keep you informed: name, contact numbers, delivery address, optional email, and order details.
Your information is used solely for order processing, delivery coordination, payment confirmation, and campaign communication (including WhatsApp/email notifications you can opt out of at any time by replying STOP or contacting us).
We never sell or share your personal information with third parties, except our payment gateway and delivery partners to the extent required to complete your order.
Payment card/banking details are processed entirely by the payment gateway; the Society does not store them.

Refunds & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting your coordinator or the numbers on our Contact section; amounts paid for cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
If a delivered product is damaged or materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details; we will replace the product or refund the amount.
Voluntary donations (amounts paid expressly as donations, not product orders) are non-refundable.
